Refund and Returns Policy


Overview

At Secret Sample Store, we aim to make every order spot on. Because our products are fragrance samples, returns arenโ€™t usually possible once theyโ€™ve been dispatched. However, if we make an error with your order, weโ€™ll put it right straight away.

When we accept returns or replacements

Weโ€™ll offer a return, replacement, or refund if:

  • You receive the wrong item
  • Your order is incomplete
  • Your package arrives damaged
  • Thereโ€™s any mistake on our end

If somethingโ€™s not right, just get in touch with your order number and a quick description of the issue. Weโ€™ll sort it without any faff.

When we canโ€™t accept returns

Due to the nature of fragrance samples, we canโ€™t accept returns based on:

  • Change of mind
  • Disliking a scent
  • Ordering the wrong item by accident

Once a sample leaves our store, it can’t be resold for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to report an issue

Drop us a message via our email secretsamplestore@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos if possible. Weโ€™ll review it and let you know the next steps.
